2. General information on data processing

We process personal data of our users only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. The legal bases are Art. 6 (1) (a), (b) and (f) GDPR.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted on a server in Germany. With each access, technically necessary data (IP address, date/time, requested resource, user agent) are processed and deleted after a short period. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in stable operation).

4. Contact form

If you send inquiries via the contact form, your information (name, email, optional phone and company, message) is stored to process your request. We do not pass on this data without your consent. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing, no later than 24 months.

5. AI Chat Assistant

If enabled, we offer an AI-powered chat. The messages you enter are transmitted to the API of Anthropic PBC (Claude) to generate a response. Anthropic processes the data according to their privacy policy. Please do not enter personal or confidential data into the chat.

6. Web analytics with Plausible

We use Plausible Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-friendly web analytics tool, self-hosted on our own servers in the EU. No personal data is collected; IP addresses are only used briefly to generate anonymous visitor hashes and are not stored. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

7. Media files

Images and files are delivered via S3-compatible storage (MinIO), which is also hosted in the EU. Technically necessary connection data are processed when files are accessed.

8. Your rights

You have the right to information (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and a right to object (Art. 21). Please send requests to the email address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy so that it always meets current legal requirements. The version published on this page applies.
